Demi-Jo Manalo

Demi-Jo, of Malaysian and Filipino descent, is originally from Sydney, Australia, and graduated from the New Zealand School of Dance in 2015 with a Diploma in Dance Performance. During her training she worked with numerous New Zealand and international choreographers. Demi-Jo made her professional debut touring with Black Grace to France and the Netherlands, including the Holland Dance Festival in 2016, performing in Human Language, Mother Mother and Gathering Clouds, before returning to Auckland for the season of Another Letter from Earth as well as performing with the Company in Taiwan. Demi-Jo has also toured with Black Grace throughout New Zealand and the United States of America.
